In the Scylla and the Charybdis episode, what does Odysseus do to rally his men?

    Odysseus decides not to tell his men about Scylla, but he does tell them about Charybdis.  However, while doing so, he also reminds them of their prior encounter with Cyclops.  He tells them that despite their dire situation he will get them through, just like in the past.
