Do you consider Nausicaa to be deceitful in "The Odyssey"?

    Nausicaa? No, not really. She is one of the more straightforward characters in the poem. Remember this is a work in which the hero is known as cunning or tricky, and in which gods changes shape (and witches change the shape of other people). She's pretty straightforward in her desires, and one of the measures of this is the help she gives Odysseus: her hospitality. That is honest.
