Tawyer, William

Tawyer, William (d. 1625),
musician and actor (King's Men by 1624). Tawyer was apprenticed to John Heminges and appears in a stage direction in the 1623 Folio text of A Midsummer Night's Dream 5.1 and in a list of King's Men musicians protected from arrest by Henry Herbert in 1624.
