Werenskiold, Erik
Werenskiold, Erik (1855–1938),Norwegian illustrator and painter, who was greatly influenced by French impressionism. In 1881 he collaborated with Theodor Kittelsen to provide the ink drawings for the first illustrated edition of Peter Christen Asbjørnsen and Jørgen Moe's Norwegian Folktales.
