Her most famous book, Barnkammarens bok (The Nursery Book, 1882), is a collection of folk songs and nursery rhymes. She also created the figure of the Swedish Christmas ‘tomten’ (corresponding to Santa Claus) in numerous magazine covers, posters, and cards.
