Macmillan's Magazine
Macmillan's Magazine,a periodical founded in 1859 , and edited successively by D. Masson ( 1859 – 68 ), George Grove ( 1868 – 83 ), J. Morley ( 1883 – 5 ), and Mowbray Morris ( 1885 – 1907 ). It was one of the first magazines to use signed articles only, and published a wide variety of material, including poetry, serialized fiction, articles on politics, travel, etc. Contributors included Tennyson , Thomas Hughes , Milnes , and F. D. Maurice .
