Hogan, Linda
Hogan, Linda( 1947– ),a Chickasaw poet, novelist, and editor. Collections of her verse include Calling Myself Home (1979), Daughters, I Love You (1981), Eclipse (1983), Seeing Through the Sun (1985), and The Book of Medicines (1993). That Horse (1985) and The Big Woman (1987) collect stories. Her novels include Mean Spirit (1991) and Power (1998). The Woman Who Watches Over the World (2002) is a memoir. She has also edited a number of anthologies.
