    I wouldn't say there is any one common career path, or even multiple common career paths. Every student at NYU is different, and considering that the largest school is CAS (College of Arts and Science), there are too many ways to go to be common. There are a variety of things to major in. I don't think there is any one stereotypical student, only stereotypes by schools.
