Traditions
- Big Fun Days
Series of fun-packed special events produced by the NYU Program Office in cooperation with the Student Events Center, the Office of Student Activities, the Office of Student Life, and other University offices. Big Fun Days include food, music, and activities that are always free for everyone at NYU. Some examples are:
- Bobcat Day
Street festival celebrating NYU spirit and tradition, featuring live music, games, and NYC snacks.
- All Hallows eve
An afternoon of scary treats, ghostly flicks, creepy music, and ghastly fun.
- Fat Tuesday
Day of Mardi Gras madness featuring New Orleans-style food, fun, and music.
- Annual Strawberry Festival
An afternoon of strawberries, carnival attractions, food, and bands.
