Lug

An important and popular deity in Celticreferring to the Celts, early inhabitants of Britain whose culture survived in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, and Brittany mythology, Lug (or Lugh) was a god of the sun and light known for his handsome appearance and skills in arts and crafts. A patronspecial guardian, protector, or supporter of heroes, Lug appears in many Irish and Welsh legends.
