Hamlet

Overture-fantasy by PIOTR ILYICH TCHAIKOVSKY, 1888, first performed in St. Petersburg. It follows the principal dramatic points in Shakespeare's tragedy. Over Hamlet's main theme, he even wrote in English, "To be or not to be."
