Fanfare for the Common Man

Fanfare by AARON COPLAND, 1943, for brass and percussion. Commissioned by Eugene Goosens for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, which he conducted during World War II, it became a perennial favorite, and Copland included it in its entirety in the finale of his Third Symphony.
