I think they all are very accurate but Jem stands out to me as authentic. Phillip Alford played Jem and showed a strong willed child with a greater sensitivity than most boys his age. Though the focus is of course on Scout, Jem was a very believable character to watch.

The answer to this question is, of course, very subjective. How does the reader observe and interpret the characters and does that mesh with the film portrayal. I think many would agree that the major characters were accurately portrayed, based upon the characteristics so clearly drawn by Harper Lee.

In my personal opinion, I think that the portrayal of Atticus Finch by Gregory Peck was unparalleled. Not only was it an academy award winning performance, but a truly impressive study of a complex character. Think about the scene at the end of the trial of Tom Robinson, when the upper gallery was rising and Reverend Sykes said to Scout: "Jean Louise, stand up. Your father's passing." Think about all the pain, heartache and respect that was focused upon the solitary figure that crossed the courtroom floor.
