If Captain Keller would have sent Mr.Anagnos at the Perkins Institute of the Blind, asking him to help find a teacher for Helen what would he ask?

    I believe you are asking If Captain Keller had seen Mr. Anagnos at the Perkins Institute of the Blind, asking him to help find a teacher for Helen, what would he have asked?

    He most likely would have asked for a teacher who could teach Helen how to communicate with others, basic manners of polite society, and as much in the way of school subjects as she was capable of learning.  Further duties would include taking care of Helen's daily grooming needs (bathing, hair care, feeding, etc.), and teaching Helen to attend to these needs as independently as possible. 

    Salary would probably consist mostly of room and board, with possibly a small amount paid in cash for personal use. 

    He would mostly likely explain Helen as a child who lost her hearing and sight due to childhood illness.  She is capable of learning (as verified by doctors), but requires specialized teaching.
