She is very angry with both the men for teasing her and is completely bewildered. At that moment Hermia re-enters the scene. At once Helena thinks that Hermia is also an accomplice of Lysander and Demetrius and begins venting her anger on Hermia:
"Lo, she is one of this confederacy!
Now I perceive they have conjoin'd all three
