    OK, actually Demetrius is engaged to Hermia.  He used to have an infatuation for Helena before but started loving Hermia after getting engaged.  Helena, a very near and dear friend of Hermia is madly in love with Demetrius.  But, Hermia loves Lysander and Lysander loves Hermia.
