Question:
Jurisdiction in Mean Spirit
It is unclear to me why some times the govt. officials like Ballard claim that Watona is outside their jurisdiction because it is land owned by the indians. The cops do get involved to arrest Beniot and others. The sheriff also tries to get rid of the bats from the sorrow cave. So, it does seem like there is a police station and a prison in Watona?
