    The sum of complementary angles is 90 degrees.

    Suppose that a and b are the two complementary angles.

    a+b=90

    We know from hypothesis that the ratio between a and b is 6/3=2.

    a/b=2 => a=2b

    2b + b=90

    3b=90

    b=90/3=30

    a= 2b=2*30=60
