Mechanics question help please? Thank you very much!

A slender bar, of length 1 m and weight 100 N, lies horizontally on the floor. The entire bar is noticed to have sunk 1 mm into the floor because of its weight.The floor is padded with a special material that is known to behave elastically (i.e. the reaction at any point is directly proportional to the amount of sinking).

A 1000 N concentrated force is now applied to the center of the bar as shown below.

Find an expression for the redistributed normal reaction r(x).

The flexural stiffness of the bar, EI = 25000 Nm²
i.e. the bar is NOT RIGID.
