    The steam engine popower is 24KW per second.

    Let the time  be x in seconds required of the engine to generate the energy of 7.4*10^7 J of work.

    Therefore, (24KW)x=7.4*10^7 J

    x=7.4*10^7 J/(24KW) = 7.4*10^7 J/(24000J)

    =3083.3333 seconds
