Male/Female Roles | Men Are Not Experiencing a Masculinity Crisis
In the following viewpoint Deborah Orr argues that traditional male and female roles—in which women worked inside the home and men worked outside it—are outdated. According to Orr, women’s entrance into the workforce has given men the chance to help more with domestic responsibilities, including becoming better fathers. Instead of adapting to their new roles, in Orr’s opinion, many men are withdrawing from their responsibilities and blaming women for their problems.
