    Foreshadowing is present in Macbeth when Banquo suspects that Macbeth killed the king to get the throne remembering the witches' prophecy and that they said his descendants would be king. This foreshadowing reminds the audience that Macbeth has still not aquired the throne and that Banquo is still in danger.
