    You could write a full essay on each of the three issues you brought up but I'll point you in the right direction. All three are intertwined.The struggle for power is central to the plot of the story. Macebth's pursuit of power creates nearly all the conflict and complications in the play.

    Macbeth cannot repress his guilty feelings for all the murders he was a part of. As a consequence, he realized that he could not undo his horrible deeds and that must he continue to kill.

    Resistance faces Macbeth at each turn as he was likely not suited to be king and he certainly was not suited to be king if it meant killing others in contention for it. Macbeth could not even carry out his political responsibilities because he was so consumed with plotting murders or foiling assassination plots. Where you find conflict, you will find resistance.
