You'll find my own poem below, but I'm hoping to encourage you to write your own. It's such a fun assignment. Just take your favorite action, idea, or character in Macbeth and see if you can use any of these general Chemistry topics to make a poem (sometimes seeing a list of words you can use makes poem creation easier):
But in regards to your actual request. It was right up my alley, for I am a teacher of Literature and my husband has his doctorate in Organic Chemistry! Here is my poem. (I'm quite proud of it.)
Macbeth's big swollen head, Deprived of oxygen, Is listening to his wife. And all is well, but then,
Her evil blends with his: A nasty reaction. Ambition mixed with bile: Disgusting solution.
