I need help with Lauris Edmond poems called "the pear tree" and "wellington letters :II" . I dont know how to analyse them?

im currently doing a research assignment. we have to choose 4 texts, answer our focus questions and write a report on them. I have chosen to do "The lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold, "The Garden Party" by Katherine Mansfield, and two poems by Lauris Edmond called "The pear tree" and "The wellington letters :II". I dont know how to answer the following questions in relation to the context of the poems. Any help is much appreciated.

 

1. How does the author develop and explore ideas about grief and loss?
