    Some of these are idioms.  Snow job, means someone is trying to con or fool you.  Pass the Buckmeans to not except responsibility for your actions; to pass the blame for a mistake or wrong decision on to someone else.  Hot airis an idiom usually letting a person know that you don't think there is any validity in what he or she is saying.
