What is the legal age that a child can make their own decision on who they want to live with in the state of West Virginia?

I am referring to minor children, however they are very mature for their age.

    I have a nephew that was just able to make this decision at 14 in the neighboring state of Ohio.  We were able to find a wonderful attorney with great information on the following site. Hope this helps!
