My ex that is pregnant does not want me to have anything to do with our child after it is born. What can I do?

    What you need to do regarding the unborn child is file a petition for parental rights. It will reqire a lawyer and most likely a paternity test after the child is born.  If your ex alleges that you have been violent or have a history of violent behavior, you may have to have supervised visits.

    Each state has different parental laws, and enotes is no substitute for expert legal services.
