There are pills out there that people can supposedly take so it doesnt show up, but if you smoked marijuana it will most likely show up, and its in your system for a good few weeks. I think you meant urine test too. Posted by alohaspirit on Oct 9, 2009. |

I believe it cam be masked if you take certain prescription medicines, though I am not sure what they are right now. Also, some medicines might also give you a false positive reading. I know that asthmatic medications such as theophylline cause all sorts of positive readings for things. Posted by epollock on Oct 9, 2009. |

I think that what you are asking is whether the person undergoing the test can somehow manipulate the situation so that marijuana does not show up in the results. My understanding is that the chemicals in marijuana stay in the human system for about three weeks. I have heard of people drinking huge quantities of water to try to “flush out” their kidneys so that marijuana doesn’t register on the drug test. I do not, however, know if there is any way to ensure that marijuana doesn’t show up. The only 100% foolproof way to keep marijuana from showing up on a drug test is not to use it to begin with.
