hat are some examples that Marguerite is in a constant search for love in "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings"? I just need examples to support that she is looking for love and finds it at the end with her son.

Marguerite searches for love and acceptance for many people in her life, including her mother, for example.  She is a smart, savvy young woman, but she lacks feeling loved, even by her own family in many ways.  She struggles with this throughout the novel.  After she is raped, she becomes depressed and she feels even more alone.  To add to her sadness, her mother sends her back to Stamps to live with her grandmother.  This could be seen as a rejection of her by her own mother.  It takes a one-time sexual encounter with a teenage boy for her to become pregnant, which she hadn't anticipated.  Only after her baby boy is born does she realize that she is truly loved unconditionally by this beautiful little human being that she has carried inside of her.  The love of a child and the love a mother has for her child is unlike any other love in this world, and Marguerite is able to experience this.
