No one can answer this question for you. Well, technically we can, but it wouldn't be your answer. I could easily give you my opinion, but that's all it would be: my opinion. Your teacher wants to know what you think about the story. Your teacher wants to know what you would have done in Amir's place. Your teacher wants your opinion.
