Relate to "The Kite Runner" with specific examples

While I can't say for sure that all dreams have meaning, I can say that there have been incidents in history where a dream meant something.

If you are a student of the Bible, you'll remember the dream that King Nebuchednezzar had in which he saw a large statue comprised of different materials down its length.  Daniel was given the interpretation of the dream and related its meaning to the king.

In this case, the dream had significance in that it foretold the eventual downfall of Babylon.  It was a warning to the king and his people to turn from their wickedness and serve the Lord or the kingdom would be broken up and given to others.
