How do I write in active voice and can someone help me write a thesis for a biography of Judy Blume?

    Active vs. passive

    Passive- The ball was hit by the player.

    You are placing more emphasis on the ball

    Active- The player hit the ball.

    Active is a clearer way of emphasizing the subject, rather than the object.

    It is always safer to write in active rather than passive.

    I don't know anything about Judy Blume, but good luck.
