If you could ask her one question, what would you ask and why?

What is the significance of walking to you? Was walking an inspiration for your work? Did you consider your characters and dialogue while walking, or is it simply an activity you installed in your novels to provide context for conversation?

Which of your characters do you see as most like you? Even though there are a lot of similarities, there are differences as well. Not just the female characters; there are a lot of men in your books who have traits that could be those of women, but are constrained by the male/female economic and social roles of the times.
