If you could rewrite an important event in the story but through a different point of view what would it be

    There are a lot of different ways to go about rewriting a portion of the story because the narrator is omniscient in the story. The Omniscient narrator is the "all knowing narrator" which means that this narrator can tell us what each character is thinking and feeling. You might choose to rewrite the story from the point of view of either Ulrich or Georg. If you choose to do this you might tell the story from the first person point of view and then you can really demonstrate the how that character feels about the other man and about the whole feud. You could rewrite the event where the tree branch falls on the men and write it as though that never happened. If this didn't happen then the men would have been face-to-face to kill each other and the story would have been completely different. There are countless ways to go about this. Good luck! :)
