The expression `(b^2-9b + 14)/(b-7)` has to be simplified.

`(b^2-9b + 14)/(b-7)`

= `(b^2 - 7b - 2b + 14)/(b-7)`

= `(b(b - 7) - 2(b - 7))/(b-7)`

= `((b - 2)(b - 7))/(b-7)`

= `(b - 2)`

The simplified form of `(b^2-9b + 14)/(b-7) = (b - 2)`
