The standard form of the equation of a circle is

(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

where the center of the circle is (h, k) and the radius of the circle is r.

(x - 4)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 9

The center is (4, 3) and the radius is 3.
