The main reason that different teachers would have differences and similarities when it comes to teaching students with special needs is that different teachers are different people. Different teachers have similarities and differences when they teach mainstream students. There is no reason why they would all be exactly the same when it comes to teaching students with special needs.
When it comes to teaching students with special needs, teachers will have some similarities. This is partly because they will have all taken the same sorts of classes about inclusion in the classroom. They will also have to follow the same sorts of laws with regard to children with special needs. For these reasons, they will be similar in some ways.
But different teachers are different people. They have different personalities and they have different life experiences. Some of them will be more comfortable with teaching students with special needs while others might feel somewhat intimidated by the prospect of teaching such students.
So long as teachers are human, they will have both similarities and differences when it comes to how they approach teaching students with special needs.
