Why is it important for kinesiology majors to study management compared to those majors...
1 Answer | add yours
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement and motion. It includes studies in anatomy, neuroscience, and physiology. People with kinesiology degrees often go into physical education, rehabilitation therapy services, and sports medicine. It is a more specific field of study than the other majors that you mentioned. As such, kinesiology majors are likely to work for businesses that include working with other people on a regular basis. Management techniques can be useful here in dealing with groups of people. The other majors are much more broad in scope. People who major in science, history, or English go into a wide variety of fields. Many go into teaching where management courses are less useful than teaching and education courses.
