Health and education are the key to a nation's success.  If a people are healthy, they are more productive.  The economy is more sustainable.  It takes education to get an economy going.  People have to be literate, and have to be trained.

These two topics are closely interrelated. Health requires education in order for a populace to achieve a higher quality of life. Education is much, much cheaper as preventive medicine as opposed to trying to treat the results of poor health conditions in an uneducated public. Say, for example, teaching people how to avoid contracting the HIV virus is very inexpensive and simple, while treating someone who is infected with that virus is difficult and very expensive.
