The villain is Cassius whose jealousy leads him to plot Caesar's death and influence Brutus to take part in the assassination.
Obviously the answer can be Cassius because he is a kind a shrewd character and is having jealous over Caesar as he is not been assigned any designation in Rome. So he wanna take his revenge on Caesar through the conspiracy.
