Who speaks the lines of "Ode on a Grecian Urn," the poet? the speaker? the urn? or the figures on the urn?

In the Ode on a grecian urn,the poet is describing the images that he sees in the ode...the speaks the lines...he descibes the everlasting truth of beauty...through this ode he gives a contrast btw reality and imagination...the poem is rich with imagery....
