With little information to go on, I would suggest that you talk to someone in your school to start with. This could be a school nurse or a girls' vice-principal, if you have one. They might put you in touch with a social workers. A social worker seems like the person you should confide in, but you probably need someone to recommend a social worker. Without knowing anything about your problem, except that it is critical, this is the best advice I can offer. I hope you get the adult help you apparently need.
