I most feel sorry for Prospero because he saw the rich stage and the poor one when the dukedom was taken for him by Antonio his brother

he could lost his life and his daughter life in a moment

he was put in unworse shipwith his daughter and that was the only way to save thier life

he had to brought up alittle child in an island inhabibted with spirits she taught he good maners and his language

he was th owner of the whole island he knew every little detail in it , he also was responsible of little ouful spirit cold cliban and what he does

he was reponsible of a good spirt and he also was his master

he had to take revange from his enimies who took from him his dukedom

he was th responsible the big tempest which was rised when he saw his enimies on aship

he had to let his daughter to get marry from the first reall men to seeand to test his love to her

he had to give ariel the good spirit his freedom after ariels responsibilaty was finished

I feel most sorry for Caliban. Whatever he may be he does not deserve to be treated that way by Prospero, Miranda, Trinculo and Stefano. He was treated like a worthless because his mother was bad. Everyone was happy in the end except Caliban.
