In literature, the protagonist is the main character or hero if you will. The antagonist is the character who is the main opponent or adversary working against the protagonist/hero. The conclusion is where the author ends the story. The author may answer or resolve all the questions and problems in the conclusion, or simply lead you and let you conclude what happens after the ending.
