Since the water has strong intermolecular forces, because of the tenacious hydrogen bonding in water molecules, then it also has low vapor pressure.

The explanation of low vapor pressure is that there exists an inverse relation of proportionality between intermolecular forces and vapor pressure. In this case, the stronger intermolecular forces are, the weaker the vapor pressure is.

The water falling drops are shaped like a sphere, because of the high surface tension of water, and they do not tend to have rounded bottoms and pointed tops.

Hence, evaluating the correct answer, you need to select the B) option, because water does have an unusually low water pressure.
