The correct answer is B) Fragrance of a flower in a garden.

Diffusionis the process of molecules moving from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration.  The fragrance from the flower is at its highest concentration at the flower and as the fragrance moves through the air in the garden, the concentration is less.

The other answers in the question are not diffusion. The bubbles in the water that has absorbed enough energy in order to escape as water vapor.  The raisins have absorbed water and became re-hydrated.  And the steam condensing on the window is condensation.
