Plastic surgery is effective but only in certain situations. If you are having it just to boost your appearance because you are not satisfied with it even though you look fine then i do not always think that it is that affective. I have friends who have done this and believe me, it was more effective without the surgery. However, i believe that plastic surgery is truly affective if someone has to have it due to damage of a particluar part of the body. For example if someone has had their face smashed and needed plastic surgery to reconstruct it then i believe it is really affective again knowing this from someone i know who has had it done. I personally belive that it is extremely affective when helping reconstruct an area of the body but mediocre effective if it is just done on a general basis.
