Others See Us takes place at the summer estate of Jared's grandmother, which she and her late husband had bought years before. The estate's exact geographic location is unclear, although it is in an area where most of the summer residents, including Jared's own family who recently toured Europe, have money.

The setting of this book takes place at the summer estate of Jared's grandmother house, which she and husband bought it years before Jared was born. Situated around the house are four cottages and the main building is an enormous and huge structure, three stories high, a house near the sea. The exact geographic location is quite unclear although we know that this place is a hotspot for rich people which lots of summer residents, including Jared's own family who just recently travelled around European land have huge amounts of fortune
