First we will simplify by factoring.
We will factor x^5 from both terms.
`x^9 - x^5= x^5(x^4 -1) = x^5 (x^2-1)(x^2+1)= x^5(x-1)(x+1)(x^2+1)`
`==> x^9 - x^5 = x^5(x^2+1)(x-1)(x+1)`
If you need to find the roots.
==> x1= 0
==> x2= 1
==> x3 = -1
==> x4= i
==> x5= -i
